Army Veteran Tragically Killed in a Hit-and-Run Collision in Gwinnett County, Georgia (GA)

GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA - A news article published on patch.com reports that a 29-year-old army veteran was struck and killed by a motor vehicle and was left for dead along the side of the street.*

According to the victim's father, 45 minutes had passed from the time his son was struck and the time police were called to the scene.  According to a police report, the fatal collision occurred on Cruse Road in Lawrenceville, Georgia. 

Lawrenceville Police reported that the victim sustained life-threatening collision-related injuries, and the victim tragically passed away at the scene of the collision.  The Lawrenceville police are currently searching for the hit-and-run driver, and they are asking witnesses to help out their investigation.
