Bibb County Sherrif's Office Deputies Investigate a Fatal Accident on Eisenhower Parkway in Macon, Georgia

MACON, GEORGIA - A news article published on 13wmaz.com reports that the Bibb County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a serious motor vehicle accident that tragically killed a 22-year-old man.*  According to the accident report, the crash occurred at approximately 12:30 in the morning on Eisenhower Parkway at Laveta Drive.

Bibb County Sheriff's Office deputies reported that the driver of a Dodge Charger was heading eastbound along Eisenhower Parkway when the vehicle collided with a parked Honda Accord.  The Honda Accord's driver, identified as a 22-year-old man, was transported to the Medical Center, Atrium Health Navicent.  He tragically succumbed to his injuries.  The driver of the Dodge Charger was not hurt.

The fatal accident is currently under investigation, and no one has been criminally charged or cited at this time.  Those who have information about that accident are encouraged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff's Office and to ask for a fatality investigator.
