Multi-vehicle Accident on I-85 in Atlanta, Georgia
ATLANTA, GEORGIA - A news story published on fox5atlanta.com reports that law enforcement officers closed down a portion of Interstate 85 South for several hours due to a severe multi-vehicle accident.*
The crash transpired at around midnight. Traffic was stopped near the Georgia 400 exit on I-85 southbound. The roadway was cleared and the traffic lanes were reopened after a few hours.
Police reported that one passenger was entrapped inside their motor vehicle. The accident report also stated that five people were hurt, including a small child.
