Deadly Car Accident on I-95 in Indian River County, Florida

FLORIDA - A news story published on wflx.com reports that the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident involving a semi-tractor-trailer truck on Interstate 95 in Indian River County.*

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal accident transpired at approximately 4 PM.  The location of the crash was I-95 Northbound, north of the 20th Street Exit.  One lane was open to traffic at 5 PM.

The accident's cause was not released at this time, and the article states that it is not clear if there were additional motor vehicles involved in the crash.  Drivers were advised to prepare for substantial traffic delays.  The motor vehicle accident on I-95 North is currently under investigation.  There were no reports of criminal charges being filed at this time.
