Man Seen Hanging Onto the Outside of an 18-Wheeler Truck
A news article published on carscoops.com reports that a man was seen hanging on to the side of an 18-wheeler tractor-trailer truck while the truck was on the freeway.* A similar incident happened two weeks ago in Atlanta, Georgia.
According to the report, a shirtless man was witnessed sitting on the steps of an 18-wheeler and the man hung onto a mirror in a social media video. Law enforcement authorities are trying discourage others from trying the stunt.
Georgia State Patrol Officer Lieutenant Riley said, “It’s something I haven’t seen before and it’s obviously very dangerous.” According to Lieutenant Riley, if the turck driver has to make a quick maneuver to avoid a collision, the man hanging onto the truck fly off of the truck at a high rate of speed.
A second video of the same daredevil shows the man on more than one 18-wheeler truck. Lieutenant Riley affirmed that the Georgia State Patrol is citing anyone doing this since so many things that could happen.
