Two Injured in an Accident on I-495 in Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND - A news article published on foxbaltimore.com reports that two people were seriously injured in a car accident.* The vehicle collided with a wall on the outer loop of the I-495 beltway last Sunday in Montgomery County, Maryland.
The Montgomery County Fire & Rescue reported that the driver and passenger were trapped inside the wreck motor vehicle. However, the people were extracted by firefighters. EMS crews brought the two accident victims to a local area hospital.
The severe motor vehicle accident happened on the outer loop of the I-495 beltway just before Exit 31 Georgia Avenue. The cause of the car accident is not known at this time. The accident is currently under investogation.
