Tractor-Trailer Truck Accident on I-285 Southbond in DeKalb County, Georgia

A news story published on wsbtv.com reports on an accident the occurred along I-285 Southbound in DeKalb County, Georgia.*

The accident involved a tractor-trailer truck and occurred at the Exit 40 East Ponce de Leon Avenue exit at approximately 3:45 PM last Tuesday.  The crash closed down I-285 for a majorite of the evening rush hour.

The DeKalb County police requested motorists to avoid the accident area untial the investigation in the truck accident has been completed. All traffic lanes along I-285 werereopened just before 6:30 PM.  Law enforcement officers are currnelty investigating the accident.
