Lansing Police Respond to Tragic, Fatal Motorcycle Accident
LANSING, MICHIGAN - A news report posted on wlns.com states that the Lansing Police Department was dispatched to a motorcycle accident at approximately 11:50 at night.* The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries, and was tragically pronounced dead at the motorcycle accident scene.
According to the online news report, the motorcycle accident occurred between a the motorcycle and a Hyundai sedan that was heading south on Cedar Street. The report states that the driver of the Hyundai pulled out of a Hookah Lounge and onto Cedar Street. The motorcycle hit the sedan. One person riding inside the Hyundai sustained accident injuries, and received medical treatment at a local hospital.
Police are investigating the fatal motorcycle accident. Additional details will be released by law enforcement as the information become available. The are was closed to allowemergency responders to work the accident scene. The fatal accident is under investigation. There were no reports of criminal charges being file at this time.
