WHITE COUNTY - A news story published on nowhabersham.com states that a White County man was severely injured in a motor vehicle accident just north of Cleveland.*  In a Georgia State Patrol news release, their troopers reported the vehicle accident happened along Albert Reid Road at approximately 7:35 AM.

The Georgia State Patrol report stated that a Jeep Wrangler operated by 28-year-old men from Sautee was heading southbound along Albert Reid Road. According to the Georgia Highway Patrol, the driver failed to negotiate a curve, lost control of his motor vehicle, drove off the roadway, and crashed the front of the Jeep into a culvert. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on its passenger side. The driver of the Jeep was tragically ejected from the vehicle.

White County EMS took the driver, who sustained severe and life-threatening injuries, to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center for emergency medical treatment.
