Tragic, Fatal Accident on State Route 231 in Washinton County, Georgia

DAVISBORO, GA - A news article posted on wgxa.tv states that the Georgia State Patrol was called in to investigate a fatal accident on State Route 231 in Washinton County, Georgia.*  According to Washinton County Sheriff Joel Cochran stated that their department responded to a two-car head-on accident that occurred at 12:45 PM on the 14000 block of Hwy 231.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, the victim was from Wrens, Georgia, and she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The fatal accident is currently under investigation at this time.  No other details concerning the accident were released.  The Georgia State Patrol will release more information on its website.
