Fatal Accident on Altama Avenue in Brunswick, Georgia

A news report on thebrunswicknews.com states that a man from Albany, Georgia, tragically died just before dawn on Friday morning.*

The news article says the man passed away when the motor vehicle the man was riding in crashed into a tree on Altama Avenue by the College of Coastal Georgia.

According to the Brunswick Police, the 43-year-old man tragically died at the scene and before he could be transported to a local area hospital. 

The woman who was operating the motor vehicle is from Glynn County, Georgia.  She was flown to UF Health Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.  The news reports that she was reported in stable medical condition, according to the city police reports. The motor vehicle accident occurred at approximately 5 in the morning.
