Multi-vehicle Crash on Downtown Connector in Atlanta, Georgia (GA)
ATLANTA, GA - A news article posted on 11alive.com states that Atlanta Fire crews are working a serious motor vehicle accident on the northbound lanes of the Downtown Connector.* All five northbound lanes of the Downtown Connector were closed on Saturday evening.
According to the Atlanta Fire Department, the collision occurred along I-75/85 North by 17th Street in Midtown Atlanta. The accident involved multiple motor vehicles, and one of those vehicles was an SUV that ended up on top of a motor vehicle.
The Atlanta Fire Department states that Atlanta Police are also working at the collision scene. There is not enough information about how the crash occurred and whether there were injuries or not.
