Numerous Motor Vehicle Accidents Reported in Cherokee County, Alabama

According to an online news report published on weisradio.com, emergency personnel throughout Cherokee County, Alabama, handled numerous auto accidents this past Friday.*

Alabama law enforcement agencies throughout Cherokee County, Alabama, responded to several accidents. One accident occurred on Alabama Highway 278 at approximately 7:40 in the morning. That accident involved a Toyota that was operated by a man from Albertville. 

Another motor vehicle accident occurred on Highway 278 at approximately 3:00 that afternoon. Two people were tragically injured in that accident. The two people who were injured in the accident were transported to a local area hospital. The accident caused injuries to bother the passenger and the driver.

A third accident happened at approximately 5:25 pm. The collision took place on Sand Rock Avenue. The accident involved a woman from Centre, Alabama, and a woman from Cedar Bluff, Alabama.

Alabama State Troopers responded to a separate accident on Alabama Highway 9 at approximately 9:30 pm. One driver is a man from Lafayette, Georgia, and the other driver involved in the motor vehicle accident is a female from Leesburg. Both drivers did not sustain severe injuries. 

Centre Police reported a two-vehicle accident close to the Sonic Restaurant. The accident happened at around 5:30 pm.
