Iowa Wrong-Way Crash Tragically Kills Two

IOWA- Siouxlandproud.com writes that a fatal collision occurred last week in Iowa. The incident involved a driver who entered a highway traveling the wrong direction leading to a high-speed head-on collision. The crash happened in the late morning on Interstate 35 near Clear Lake.*

Reports indicate that a 30-year-old man from Georgia was driving a minivan southbound in the northbound lanes of the interstate when he collided with a pickup truck. The wrong-way driver and the man operating the pickup truck, a 52-year-old from West Des Moines, both died in the crash. 

The pickup truck also clipped the third vehicle, but reports do not indicate whether that driver sustained injuries.
