A Hit-and-Run Accident Occurred that Left a Woman Unconscious in an Atlanta Parking Lot
ATLANTA, GA – According to an online news report at cbs46.com, a hit-and-run driver caused a woman to be knocked unconscious following a crash in an Atlanta parking lot.*
The police are currently conducting a search to locate the motorist who struck her. The woman was attempting to cross the street at her place of employment when the driver of a white Tesla ran a stop sign and struck her.
The accident caused her to fall onto the ground and be knocked unconscious. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, the woman was motionless. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was treated for contusions, bumps, and a concussion. Her current status has not been reported.
Following the accident, the victim does not recall the details of what happened. She did watch a video of the crash which enraged her given that the driver, who apparently is a female, did not stop to render aid and call the police.
According to the victim, “[s]he needs to pay for what she did. There's no way you should hit somebody and get away with it. I understand I am still alive, but for you to keep it moving and get away with something like this isn’t right.”
There are no further details on the crash at this time. The accident remains under investigation by the local police.
