High School Student Tragically Killed in a Car Accident in Tampa, Florida

TAMPA, FLORIDA - A news report published on fox13news.com states that two Plant High students were tragically involved in a fatal accident.*

The driver, a teen boy, and his passenger, a teen girl, were transported to a local area hospital.  The teen boy was tragically killed.  Law enforcement authorities did not publicly identify those involved in the fatal accident. 

According to the accident report, the fatal collision happened at the corner of Bay Boulevard and West Bay by South Lois Avenue.  The Tampa Police Department reported that it is providing additional details about the fatal accident later this week. 

The family and friends of both victims reported that the teen girl is fighting for her life at a nearby hospital.  The community is mourning the accident and local prayer vigils were organized to offer support and to pray for the victims and families of the victims.  The fatal crash is currently under investigation.
