Panhandle Dealership Employee Tragically Dies in a Workplace Accident

FLORIDA - A news article published on autonews.com reports that a Florida Panhandle auto dealership employee was tragically killed in a pickup truck accident.*

A  34-year-old mechanic was working alongside a heavy-duty pickup at an auto dealership in Pensacola when the pickup truck slid off of the ramp and tragically landed onto the employee.

The Pensacola Police are currently investigating what caused the pickup truck to roll off of the ramp causing the fatal accident.  The auto retailer made a public statement to the media agency stating that the fatal accident took the life of a "long-time and well-loved employee."  The workplace accident is currently under investigation.  No further detail was provided at this time.
