Pedestrian Tragically Killed in a Multi-Car Accident with a School Bus in Hialeah Gardens, Florida

HIALEAH GARDENS, FLORIDA - A news report posted on www.wfla.com states that first responders worked a severe multi-car accident in Hialeah Gardens, Florida.*  According to the report, a pedestrian was tragically killed at the accident scene, and many other people were injured.

The accident involved four motor vehicles and a school bus.  According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred before 4:30 in the evening.  The crash began when a Dodge pickup truck struck a pedestrian and then collided with a black Audi car, a white Honda, and then a school bus.  The driver of the Audi was airlifted from the accident scene.

The kids on the school bus stayed at the scene until a different bus picked them up. Some of the passengers on the school bus were injured.  Law enforcement escorted a man who was in handcuffs. However, no official information concerning his arrest has been made public.

The accident is currently under investigation.
