BRANDON, FLORIDA - A news article published on reports that Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating a fatal car accident on southbound I-75 in Brandon, Florida.*  According to the news report, a Ford pickup truck and a Jeep SUV were involved in a severe motor vehicle accident.

The Ford pickup truck, operated by a 28-year-old man from Riverview, was heading south along the I-75 access road by Mile Marker 256 near State Road 60.  The Jeep SUV was towing a boat and was parked along the road's shoulder.  The victim, a 46-year-old man from Brandon was outside his vehicle and standing next to the SUV.
