Phillip Hairston is a hard-working personal injury attorney who has been practicing law since 2014. Prior to joining Montlick & Associates in 2018, he represented insurance companies, where he gained valuable experience learning the ins and outs of how they operate. He left to become a plaintiff lawyer because he wanted to make a difference in the lives of negligence victims. Today, Phillip turns his “insider” knowledge of insurance company tactics into negotiating clout when fighting for maximum settlements for his clients.
Phillip was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated, with Honors, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law.
He serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Atlanta Metro, which volunteers at various non-profit organizations in Metro Atlanta. Since 2014, he has also been volunteering as a tutor for elementary school students in Atlanta, GA.
When he is not working, Phillip likes to stay active. He enjoys running and weightlifting, and occasionally jumping from the sky. A little-known fact about Phillip is that he’s been licensed to skydive since 2015.
