Joshua Davis was inspired to become an attorney by his father, who was a lawyer and relentless advocate for people whose lives had been impacted by an accident. Joshua developed the same passion for justice, fiercely fighting to give a voice to those who were hurt as a result of someone else’s negligence. Like his father, Joshua is a fighter, and recently obtained a $4.25 million verdict for a tenant against their landlord in a dog bite case.
Prior to joining Montlick & Associates, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Morehouse College. He then attended Law School at Howard University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Trial Advocacy Team. Joshua conducts his practice with perseverance and diligence, striving to help his clients beyond the courtroom. His personal motto: “Give it Your Best or Give it a Rest.”
Joshua lives in Dekalb County with his wife and their three beautiful daughters.
