Joel Roth

My objective is to treat each of my clients as if that person is my only client.

Joel Roth is a seasoned personal injury attorney who has been part of the Montlick team since 2002.

He is focused on a single purpose – wholeheartedly representing his clients with compassion and understanding. Clients value Joel’s deep understanding of personal injury law, and his tenacity and commitment to resolving their legal issues. With his many years of experience settling claims, Joel fights hard for his clients to get them the justice they deserve. Always striving to achieve more, Joel is motivated daily by this quote from Casey Kasem: “Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars.”

Joel credits his uncle, Mr. Arnold Becker, the first public defender in Rockland County, New York as his inspiration to practice law. Early on, Joel knew his passion was to help people successfully resolve their personal injury cases. Growing up in Yonkers, New York, Joel graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Mathematics. During his college days Joel was heard on the airwaves as the newsreader on WRCM, the student-run radio station. He stayed in New York City to earn his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.

Joel became a passionate advocate for Parkinson’s Disease research, after a close family member was diagnosed with the disease, and he looks forward to the day when there is a cure. He also volunteers for the WSB Radio Care-a-Thon Benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Joel has a wide variety of other interests including weather forecasting and listening to old radio shows. His favorite baseball teams are the Atlanta Braves and the New York Yankees.

Since 2001 Joel has called Atlanta home. He and his wife Charlene live in Dunwoody, Georgia.
