The body of the man is going to be transported to the GBI Crime Lab in Atlanta for further analysis and to determine the man’s exact cause of death.  The man was pronounced dead at the accident site on a property close to a residential area on Spencer Drive, located southerly of Calhoun, Georgia.

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County police issued a traffic citation alleging two violations of Georgia’s traffic laws to a woman who ran over two teenagers in a crosswalk near a local high school. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, citing a Channel 2 report, said that the teens were walking across Holt Road while in the crosswalk with weightlifting equipment when a woman driving a Mercedes-Benz sped into them. The two teens were severely injured. One teen reportedly sustained injuries initially described as life-threatening. The other teen suffered injuries described as severe. Passenger Dies in Collision When Driver Runs Red Light in Atlanta, Georgia

Trauma Center Expecting to Be Busy During Bike Week in Daytona Beach, Florida

Hotels, restaurants, quickly fill up with bikers from around the country, and so too does the Halifax Trauma Center in Daytona Beach. Physicians working in the Halifax Trauma Center in Daytona Beach are expecting to be very busy as Bike Week rolls toward its conclusion.
