Since the mid 1980's, we have had a Quality Control Department and a Client Satisfaction Program, both of which were relatively unheard of at that time in a law practice that represents individuals. The Client Satisfaction Program enables us to get feedback from our clients and helps to ensure that we deliver the quality service that our clients need and deserve. We believe that providing quality service requires constant attention, and we seek to improve what we do every day.
